Production Time

At FJM, we advise our clients to order early!

Delivery schedule begins upon approval of the design, receipt and return of the sample (if and when applicable), receipt of completed member measurements, and a 50% deposit or copy of an official Purchase Order.

Delivery schedules may vary depending on the time of year, volume of in-process orders, availability of supplies, fabrics, etc. Because of these variables, FJM does not publish exact delivery estimates.

Please contact a sales representative via phone or email for the most up-to-date production time frames.

Measuring Instructions & Size Charts

1.) At the top of this page, hover over the Resources tab.

2.) Click on Forms and Downloads at the bottom of the pop-up box.

3.) Under FJM Stretch Wear Forms, click on the Stretch Wear Measuring Instructions. The Instructions page gives you a reference on how to measure your students correctly.

4.) When you are ready to input the information, click on the Stretch Wear Size Chart in Excel form. When complete, email that file to your customer service representative directly. FJM no longer accepts measurements submitted on forms other than our Excel file. Please do not submit handwritten measurements, PDF files, or photos of measurement files.

5.) Please list female-identifying and male-identifying members on separate pages. Do not submit measurements with female and male measurements interspersed. Non-binary members should be included on the sheet with the style they will feel most comfortable wearing (female pattern or male pattern.) Non-binary personnel may be indicated in the Sex column with the initials NB.

The measuring tape should follow close to the body shape in one continuous line. Do not measure shoulder to shoulder. Do not submit separate front and back measurements.)

  • Height
  • Neck (This measurement is only required if ordering neck chokers.)
