Val Strickland
Val has been with FJM for 16 years, and now manages the staff in the production room. She loves her job and everyday brings a different and new challenge to overcome. But with the help of a great supervising staff they come up with new and innovative methods to overcome all of them. She speaks very highly of her supervising staff, as well as the workroom staff and says ” I could not be as effective as I am without them!” Making sure that everything gets done at the scheduled times and meeting quality expectations is a job I don’t do alone, I have a very talented team!
