The founder and Chairman of the Board of FJM Inc., Fred Miller is consider the “master showman” of pageantry. From baton champion and instructor, to high school band director, to drum corps/winter guard director to business leader, Fred has done it all. But to those that know him, it’s his ease with people and his fatherly presence that truly set Fred apart from the crowd.
