If we send you our custom flag design, can you make a pattern and determine yardage for us?
Yes, FJM does offer that service! We require that you e-mail or fax us
your custom flag pattern, along with dimensions and amount of flags
requested. We can then digitize the design, print out a pattern for you
and upon request, determine appropriate yardage. FJM does not leave
seam allowances on our patterns. A pattern fee is $35.00 plus shipping
and handling, there is no additional fee to determine yardage. Please
note: in order to determine yardage you must include the required
colors/fabrics on the sketch.
Can you cut the fabric pieces for a flag and send them to us for our parents to sew together?
No, FJM does not offer that service.
Do you sell patterns of flags in your catalog?
No, FJM does not sell the patterns to their custom flag designs.
Is there a minimum order for flags?
No, there is not a minimum order. FJM does recommend ordering at least
6 flags at one time however. If you order less than 3 flags there is a
singles fee of $20.00 PER FLAG applied to the order. If ordering
between 3-5 flags a singles fee of $10.00 PER FLAG will be applied to
the order.
I received my sample flag, along with an invoice for $100.00. Is this how much the flag costs? Do I have to pay this fee?
No, that is a sample fee that has been applied to your account. That
sample fee will be taken off of your account as soon as the sample flag
is returned to FJM. This is to ensure that you return the merchandise
to FJM, as we do not sell our sample items. There is no cost to see a
sample just please be sure to send it back within the two week time
frame!
I like one of the flags in the catalog and want to order a
set of them. I want to change the colors however. Is there an
additional cost for that?
No, there is no additional fee to change colors. If you change fabrics
you may incur a change in price however (i.e. changing poly silk to
lame will make the flag slightly more expensive, etc.)
I like one of the flags in the catalog, but the dimensions
are too big (or too small) for the pole I want to put them on. Can I
change the dimensions of the flag?
Yes, we can change the size of any flag in the catalog. There is a one time fee of $20.00 to re-size the pattern however.
How much will a custom flag cost?
FJM cannot provide you an exact cost on a custom flag until a sample
has been crafted. We will be happy to provide you an estimate; however
this can change once the prototype has been made.
If I order a set of flags does FJM provide a free set of practice flags?
No, FJM does not offer free practice flags at this time.
I am lost. Can you design a flag for our show? Or, can you
help me pick a flag from your collection that would go with our theme?
Absolutely! Please feel free to contact any of our flag representatives
and they will be happy to custom design a silk for your show, or offer
their expertise in picking flags and colors that will fit perfectly
with your show. There is no charge for this service. |
